Includes:

• Re-tensioning of shade sails.
• Checking all anchor points.
• Re-sealing (silicone) any roof anchors where required.
• Service Report emailed after completion.

Due to the harsh Queensland weather conditions, your shade sail may lose tension
over time. It is important to check for this and also to make sure all anchor points are
stable and roof points are still watertight. Rubber boots and silicon can perish over
time and create water leaks inside your roof. A yearly check is worth peace of mind to
know everything is okay and can prevent issues.
If you wish to be on our yearly reminder list, or require a service now, submit your
details below and we will be in touch with you very soon.
Yearly reminder will be emailed in APRIL and the servicing generally will be booked in
between MAY-AUGUST. If anytime you require this outside these dates this can also
be arranged.
If you do not wish for this service, simply do not reply. We will continue to send the
reminder each year so you don’t have to remember.
